• To provide the catalyst which will provide the incentive for enterprising Fijians and Rotumans to participate in the economic life of Fiji

• Implementation of 20 years development plan for Fijians and Rotumans

Target Groups:

• Indigenous Fijians and Rotumans

Selection Criteria:

• Individuals/ groups of and their related entities Fijians and Rotumans

Types of Assistance:

• Financial assistance, capacity building in entrepreneurial business skills

Performance Indicators:

• Increase level of participation and ownership of corporate sector
• Increase in self employment opportunities for Fijians and Rotumans
• Eradicate and reduce economic and social disparity between Fijians/Rotumans and other communities.
• To increase the participation of Indigenous Fijians as resource owners in the economic development process of Fiji.
