    Selection Criteria:

    • Rural farmers - farm development, road access
    • Community base medium sized capital infrastructure
    • Implementing small/ medium sized infrastructure projects

    Types of Assistance:

    • Community based capital infrastructure in nature cost per project within $5000 - $20,000, $20,000 - $50,000 and $500 - $15,000.

    Performance Indicators:

    • Construction of 20-30 access roads annually.
    • Total of 20-50 projects Fiji wide annually
    • Total of 500-1,000 projects annually
