Use the following Six steps to a sale in your business! It works!

1                    WELCOME

2                    APPROACH

so how are you today? is there something in particular you are looking for? feel free to have a look around,are you single? you look like a model, what a beautiful smile, admire the person, judging by looks on how to approach, what brings you into Suva, Fiji,Pacific Harbour today? how can I help you today? we have a new artist exhibiting, would you like to see his/her works? who’s sick today? are you looking for a special gift? whats the special occasion? what colours would you like me use? who’s the lucky guy? what’s the problem today?

3                    ESTABLISH NEEDS

what are you looking for? need any help/assistance? is there something we can do for you?what’s the special occasion? looking for anything in particular? functional/or decorative artform, what brings you in the store today? you look tired ,what type of skin do you have, you’re looking really confused.

4                    HELP / SUGGEST

suggest an appropriate range, do you like to go with the flow of fashion or do you want an original, try the product to see if it is suitable, would you like to try it on, demonstrate, what’s your favourite colour, are you conservative ie long/short, bright colours, this will go really nice with your eye colour, that’s the latest product corner, give them an idea of where everything is located, do a demonstration

5                    DECIDE / ASK FOR SALE

ask whether to gift wrap, can I put that on the counter for you while you continue to look? I can give you a a special price/discount, is this your favourite color/smell? did you want one or two of these? would you like to take this top seller with you today? are you comfortable now? would you like to have a go with that?

6.                  FINALISE / ASK THEM BACK

hope your friend enjoys the product, flowers, gift etc, give me a call if you need further help, thanks for shopping, come again, let me know how you go with that, if its  the wrong size bring it back for exchange/refund, hope it will make you/your child feel better, if it does not fit, please feel free to bring it back, see you again, have a lovely day, I’ll call you for next haircut/treatment, would you like me to keep you informed on future arrivals, bye,bye sweetheart, vacava set, hope to see you again, wananavu, thanks for shopping darling.
